Transferring Your College Credits

 

Students at GCHS who have completed Early College Pathway courses through Monroe University or Hostos Community College may be eligible to transfer these credits to the college or university they plan to attend after graduation.

Steps to Transfer Your Credits:

1. Request Your GCHS Transcript:
   Visit www.gchs.nyc → About → Transcript & Records Request to request your high school transcript.

2. Request Your College Transcript:

   • For Monroe College, request information using this link

   • For Hostos Community College, visit https://www.hostos.cuny.edu/  and search "Transcript Request" or contact the registrar.

3. Submit Transcripts to Your College/University:
   Share both your high school and college transcripts with your admissions or academic advisor. They will inform you of the next steps, which may include:

   • Providing course catalogs:

     • Monroe University Catalog

     • Hostos Community College Catalog
