We are an official Teachers of Tomorrow (TOT) School:
TOT: New teachers have the opportunity to receive an annual award of $3,400 for up to four years. We offer mentoring
to teachers that are new to the Dept. of Ed. and new to our school to welcome them and ensure they are supported.

TEACHER DEVELOPMENT
We have weekly in-house professional development, a New Teacher Mentoring Program, New Teacher Monthly Seminars, and a daily professional period for co-planning.
DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP
Decisions are driven by teams of teachers. In fact, 23 teacher teams collaborate to support our school vision. Even the school website and the weekly communications letter are supported by the Communications Team.
